In order to effectively prevent and control the epidemic and ensure everyone's health and safety, the Consular Department of Chinese Embassy in Slovakia has adjusted its office hours since March 19, as follows:

1. From March 19, 2020, the office hours will be adjusted to Tuesday and Thursday (except public holidays) from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Except for humanitarian emergencies, processing of other urgent matters will be suspended.

2. Persons who come to submit application must fill in the personal health registration form truthfully.

3. To contact Consular Department of Chinese Embassy in Slovakia please use email: cinsky.konzulat@gmail.com or contact phone number: 00421-907220798 from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) 8:30am - 12:00pm; 14:00pm - 17:00pm.

4. Please, postpone any non-emergency matters including superlegalization of documents.

We will notify you about the resuming of normal operations of the Consular Department.
