On 8th August 2025, Chinese Ambassador to Slovakia Cai Ge attended the openingof the 27thSpecial Exhibition of the China-Europe Art Dialogue in Slovakia.

Ambassador Cai Ge extended congratulations to the opening of the exhibition, stated that the key to sound relations between states lies in amity between the people. Artexchange helps promote cooperation and mutual learning between civilizations and lay a solid public opinion foundation for bilateral relations. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the EU, which is of great significance. With Prime Minister Fico’s visiting to China last year, the China-Slovakia strategic partnership has brought enhanced cooperation and exchange in various fields. The Special Exhibition of the China-Europe Art Dialogue is a vivid manifestation of friendship between China and Slovakia. Hope that artists and overseas Chinese groups continue to inject more cultural impetus into promoting mutual understanding and friendship between the people and the healthy development of bilateral relations.

The head of the delegation, renowned Macao artist Ms. Pan Jinling, expressed her gratitude to the embassy for its support of the exhibition and pledged to continue promoting traditional Chinese culture overseas. Slovak artist Jaro Sulek said that China's profound cultural heritagebrought him continuous creative inspiration, emphasizing the significance of cultural exchange and mutual learning.
