On May 25, the 2026 Ningbo Business Forum Slovakia was successfully held in Bratislava. Ambassador Cai Ge attended and delivered a speech.

Ambassador Cai stated that the China-Slovakia strategic partnership is developing rapidly, providing a solid guarantee for bilateral cooperation in various fields. Partnering with China means partnering with opportunities. During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, China will continue to expand its high-level opening-up, sharing opportunities and developing together with all countries. Enterprises are golden bridges and messengers of China-Slovakia cooperation. It is hoped that enterprises from both sides seize opportunities, tap potential, leverage their comparative advantages, continuously expand cooperation areas, promote high-quality and efficient practical economic and trade cooperation, and benefit the people of both countries. The Chinese Embassy in Slovakia is willing to work with Slovak government departments to provide service support for exchanges and cooperation between enterprises of the two countries.

More than 120 people participated in the event, including State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, Mr. Simonak; Director of the Management Committee of Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone, Ms. Ye Miao; as well as representatives from Slovak Government, the Ningbo municipal Government, and enterprises.
