On September 4, 2026, Chinese Ambassador to Slovakia Cai Ge attended the 51st International Agricultural and Food Exhibition ( Agrokomplex 2026). He visited the booths of Chinese exhibitors, reviewed the Chinese products on display, and exchanged views with representatives of the Slovakia-China Business Center, Hebei Jianxin Group, and Shebo Winery. He expressed his readiness to provide necessary support for Chinese enterprises to expand their markets and promote bilateral cooperation. During the event, Ambassador Cai was invited to attend the Diplomatic Day hosted by Vnuk, State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic.

On the same day, Ambassador Cai also attended the opening ceremony of the Zoomlion Construction Machinery and Equipment Exhibition. Those present at the event included Kerj, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Slovak Parliament; Bucek, Director for Relationship Development at the Investment Support Association; and children's literature writer Molnarova, among others. During the exchanges, Ambassador Cai expressed his delight in seeing Chinese companies bring advanced, intelligent, and green equipment to the Slovak market, thereby leveraging the technological, quality, and service advantages of Chinese products to contribute to Slovakia's infrastructure construction and industrial development. He also expressed the hope that the Slovak side would provide more favorable conditions for Chinese enterprises to cooperate with Slovak partners.
