On October 18, 2026, the Chinese Embassy in Slovakia made its debut at the "Children's World" event in Bratislava, warmly interacting with children and parents from Slovakia and other countries amid a lively and joyful atmosphere.

The Embassy showcased exquisite Chinese handicrafts and offered cultural experience activities such as tie-dyeing, rubbing, calligraphy, paper-cutting and bead stringing. Through prize quizzes, Yangqin performances and picture-book reading, the Embassy engaged with visitors, letting Chinese culture flow through fingertips, resonate in the melodies of the yangqin and seep into hearts through the written word. Young diplomats dressed in panda costumes greeted guests enthusiastically, endearing themselves to all and becoming the "stars" of group photos. Many families came together and lingered at the Embassy's booth, reluctant to leave.

The event is an annual large-scale family charity event held in Bratislava, attracting thousands of participants and building a bridge of friendship where children from various countries can come to know and connect with one another.
